During the visit of Swami in the year 2006, Swami blessed us to start a programme which could generate employment for Rural Youth, and Swami said that “SUCH PROGRAM SHOULD BE STARTED BY WHICH THE RURAL YOUTH HAS TO LEAD A DECENT, DIGNIFIED LIFE INDEPENDENTLY”

On 08th June 2008, Bhagavan graciously visited the school and inaugurated “Sri Sathya Sai RuralShores BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Centre”. The centre has been established at Bhagavan’s command. The centre’s aim is to create employment to the rural youth. It trains the youth in computer skills & gives necessary training in communication skills and later provides job at the premises itself. As a result, there will be no migration of the rural youth to cities in search of jobs; they stay with their parents and their income can be a supplement to the family in making them happy. Candidates can also attend to their family professions along with this job provided.

The centre’s aim is to provide employment to about 300 people and in the first phase 120 people are provided with employment.
